RETURNS:
We are happy to accept returns for items within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
All sales are final on sale items.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. H.W. Carter& Sons does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to H.W. Carter& Sons.
